The roll forming production line continuously shapes metal sheets into specific profiles, manufacturing uniform and long steel plates suitable for automotive applications.

By utilizing Eastern Gear’s Globoid worm gear products, the client successfully optimized the process line by reducing product size and improving efficiency compared to existing products.

· Previous high-output reducer size: CD 225

· Developed compact high-output reducer: CD135 (42% size reduction, 26% efficiency improvement)
